Just terrible! Went in looking for a used truck for a good price. Tried to push us into a truck we didn't want and treated us like we were wasting their time. We asked for Mary Alice Jones because she was recommended by a relative who had purchased a vehicle in the past and Mary Al Overall great experience. We found Mary Alice to be both friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciated her talking with us about what we were looking for and offered several options. We never felt pressured nor hurried. We definitely will recommend Mary Alice and Fairway Ford to others. This purchase is a repurchase since we bought a Ford Truck in 2006 and have been pleased with the purchase price and the followup care. After the purchase Mary Alice took time to explain how things worked and even demonstrated several things. She explained and then helped us set up the Synch system. Also set up a demonstration date and said if we have any questions to let her know. More
