Professionalism Although all of our issues were not able to be resolved in a single visit, the staff was more than cooperative in dealing with our unique issues. We work out of town and are only available to have any service work done every other Monday. Additionally, as this is our primary vehicle we need to have it available to get to work. The problems were diagnosed, and was described clearly to us. We were able to quickly come to a schedule for resolving the problem. Also, we didn't have to drag out what our costs would be, the service advisor was able to provide that information right up front. To us that all adds up to professionalism in customer service. More
