2012 Fusion Contacted Fairway regarding a transmission issue in my daughters 2012 Fusion with the intentions of purchasing a remanufactured transmission. After speaking with Katie King, I took her advice and brought the car in for a diagnostic test to determine the issue. Taking Katie's advice saved me thousands of dollars in repair cost. A week after receiving the car back the same issue occurred again. I called Katie and she handled the situation with great professionalism. She facilitated the car being picked up and kept me informed throughout the process. Upon further testing Fairway determined that a separate issue was found. Katie notified me as well a the service manager, Kirk, who promptly addressed and corrected the issue at no additional charge. This has been the best experience I have had at any dealership!! More

The f-250 has been mechanically perfect except for a rear view mirror issue which was promptly repaired under warrenty. All service for this vehicle has been done at Fairway Ford with zero complaints. At the service desk today was Nina Posey. She is no doubt the best service desk person I have ever had. This was a very busy day, she had the desk by herself, two phones ringing, customers lined up, and she professionally had control and just rolled us on through. Good job Nina... More

Not that there was any problems beforehand but I have purchased many vehicles I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase experience at Fairway Ford. Contacted Fairway after finding a truck I was interested in on their website. No pressure, No hype! At my request I looked at several configurations which takes a considerable amount of time.
