From the moment I entered, I experienced friendliness, knowledgeable sales personnel, and comfortability. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured or pushed out. All my questions were answer to my satisfaction each time. Most importantly my time was considered valuable, which it is, and I was not made to sit and wait while "the game" was being played. I was greeted by a very professional and passionate sales representative named Rene. I voiced my concerns and interest and he was able to answers all my questions and then some. Service Department When I first came to the dealership in 2013 I bought My 2012 Mitsubishi EVO MR from sales, Rita great person to me respectful and didn't leave me wit When I first came to the dealership in 2013 I bought My 2012 Mitsubishi EVO MR from sales, Rita great person to me respectful and didn't leave me with question as to what I just committed myself to. Today (09/19/2017) I went in for an appointment I had pending for about 2 1/2 weeks. The first time I went was during the week of Sept. 4th 2017, set up a drop of date and dropped the car off. The "service department" calls me to let me know that the problem is a the control module for the AWD system is broken. They tell me its under warranty do I want them to order it, obviously I say yes. Part came in three days later and then I had an appointment for Friday morning. I was not feeling well so after missing the appointment the service department calls me to re-schedule. I do so for today's date. Now during all that time not once was I told that the part is no longer within warranty. My appointment was for 10:30 am today (9/19/2017), once I check in hand my keys and start to look at the Outlander I was attempting to convince the wife about (no longer happening), I get told that the part is not covered and I will have to pay $794.34. Keep in mind that the part was ordered during the second week of Sept. and no one opted to give me a call to inform me about the warranty not covering this. The problem for me is not the money, because I could always wait until I have the cash on hand and get the issue handled. My problem is the disregard and mistreatment of the customer. How can you allow someone to work in your place when your not there and not hold them accountable for not informing the customer. I am a USMC veteran and have a short fuse when it comes to stupidity, this is a stupid rookie mistake coming from a facility that is considered to be high standard. Yet no one will hold anyone accountable for the complete lack of professionalism and the scam they attempt to pull knowing that they have the solution and force your hand to pay them regardless. This to me isn't ethical by any standard and I could only wish that in the end something gets resolved. IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA AND ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE THE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED YOU WILL BE FORGOTTEN. AND NO THIS IS NOT SOME IGNORANT PERSON POSTING SOMETHING TO INCONVENIENCE BUSINESS FLOW, NO THIS IS A PERSON THAT HAS A BACKGROUND IN MECHANICS AND FOUGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY TO COME BACK AND BE TREATED LIKE A PEASANT AND BE DISMISSED WITHOUT REGARD TO MY SAFETY AS TO WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF THIS ISSUE CAUSES A BIGGER MECHANICAL PROBLEM WHICH COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ACCIDENTS OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES. AFTER BEING A MARINE FOR EIGHT YEARS OF MY LIFE AS AN 0331 INFANTRY MACHINE GUNNER TWO COMBAT TOURS IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN I SEE THAT HONOR, COURAGE, AND COMMITMENT AREN'T QUALITIES THAT ALL MEN HAVE. THIS FACILITY HAS NO HONOR, NO COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER, AND NO COURAGE TO DO WHATS RIGHT. More
