Especially note able were Josh and Rita who were professional, courteous, just a pleasure to deal with. After the purchase we had a few minor issues with the vehicle that were immediately resolved to our complete satisfaction. We also had a warranty issue that a local dealership refused to address that Fairfield Mitsubishi immediately took care without hesitation. I would also like to mention Vid, the service manager who worked with me to get these warranty issues resolved. He also was great to deal with. All in all, a great experience and we are very happy with our new vehicle. More

New Car Purchase Both Rita and Josh were extremely pleasant to work with. I didn't feel the "you need to buy this now" pressure tactic found at other dealers. We came in and due to circumstances beyond my control had to leave right after the test drive. I asked Rita to send over some information and she emailed it over shortly after. There was no sales call from that point forward. It was a week or so later when I called to talk more. Both Rita and Josh laid out all my options (price, year, color, trim, and extras) clearly and allowed me to choose what was best for me. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL and feel, without a doubt, I got the best deal I could. It has only been a week, but as of right now I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
