I purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid from Fair Oaks. Anthony, our salesman was excellent. However, Fair Oaks did not resister our car with the IRS so we can’t get our $3750 tax credit from the governmen Anthony, our salesman was excellent. However, Fair Oaks did not resister our car with the IRS so we can’t get our $3750 tax credit from the government. They have gaslighted about the issue. They said we didn’t request them to report it. It is in the IRS tax code that they must register an EV at the time of sale. So I In effect paid $3750 more for the car than I had to inexcusable. I will not buy anything from Fair Oaks Ford again. EV buyers beware. More

Was looking for an EV - test drove several makes, stopped at Fair Oaks to test drive the Mach e before testing others and fell in love with the car right away.
