My first experience with Fair Oaks Ford was when I bought my Explorer and my Sales person Alyssa was just wonderful I brought the Explorer in for service and delt with Arline from start to finish. Was looking for an EV - test drove several makes, stopped at Fair Oaks to test drive the Mach e before testing others and fell in love with the car right away. I was impressed with the customer treat of months, so I have been to a number of dealerships. I can tell you that not all dealerships are the same. I was impressed with the customer treatment at Fair Oaks Ford. My sales consultant, Darren, was a pleasure to work with. My experience was actually as enjoyable as buying a car can be.
