I purchased a non-Ford that was “Blue Certified” as a used car. Things that were promised as part of the “Blue Certified” program vehicle and not delivered: - 11,000 Ford Pass points for purchasin used car. Things that were promised as part of the “Blue Certified” program vehicle and not delivered: - 11,000 Ford Pass points for purchasing a blue certified vehicle - Copy of the CARFAX report - SiriusXM three-month trial - Full tank of gas at purchase - New wiper blades - Fresh oil change and new wiper blades not provided I ended up having to pay money out of pocket to send a certified letter via USPS and open a Better Business Bureau case to get them to cancel a service contract I no longer needed. This finally got them to act on the cancellation of the service contract and for me to receive the Ford Points. The rest of the things that come with a “Blue Certified” car as specified in their “Blue Certified” pamphlet specifically specify that you will get a Full tank of gas, new wiper blades, and fresh oil change. None of these things were done, I ended up having to go to a different dealership to get the needed service done on the car which was more money out of pocket for a supposed “Blue Certified” car. I went in to look at a used Mustang Mach-E that was a Ford buyback. I wasn’t sure I wanted to move forward but Dean and the managers were extremely knowledgeable and transparent and helped me understand Ford buyback.
