Kept ordering the wrong parts Had my car in for an oil change and check engine light. Took them 2 hours the first time I was there to change the oil and tell me that I need a new f Had my car in for an oil change and check engine light. Took them 2 hours the first time I was there to change the oil and tell me that I need a new fuel tank pressure sensor on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee with under 10k miles. They didn't have time to fix it that day because it would take 4 hours so we scheduled for the next available drop off appointment 2 weeks later. Fast forward two weeks and I drop my car off at 8am for the service. Turns out they ordered the wrong part so now they need to keep it for an extra day while they order the right part. I call first thing in the morning (~8am) the next day to see if the right part came in. The service desk said they would check and call me back. Two hours later (~10am), I call them again because I still haven't gotten a call back. They tell me my car will be ready by 3pm. At 12pm, I get another call telling me they ordered the wrong part... again... At this point, I have now been without a car for 2 days for a "4 hour" service. I picked up my car without having the problem fixed and will be bringing it to a different service center for the repair. What a waste of my time. The one positive experience I had was the shuttle service they provided to get me to and from the dealership. More
