Within 24 hours we were driving our brand new Jeep Limited. Their finance manager took really good care of us also. We are very happy to be part of the FX Caprara family - great people!! More
Forgotten My vehicle was towed in for repairs. The service dept was receptive and checked me in quickly. The tech identified the issue and parts were ordered 3 My vehicle was towed in for repairs. The service dept was receptive and checked me in quickly. The tech identified the issue and parts were ordered 3 days later. The parts arrived in another two days. They waited another two days to install them. Each time I called for an update I was told that they were “down 4 technicians today”. After 7 days I was able to pick up the vehicle. They reviewed the parts installed and the prices. I paid and went home. Upon reading the work log on the receipt I noticed the the tech identified a problem with a related part that could potentially break the part that was just replaced. I was given no indication that there was still an issue with my vehicle. Now I have to find another shop to make the repairs and be without my vehicle again and coordinate to find a ride to work. More
Vehicle Recall Arrived and customer service personnel were busy with other customers. But did acknowledge me there and said they'd be right with me. Took all paperwork needed and said it wouldn't be long before my vehicle would be ready. Waited in lounge for less than 1 hour and was ready to go. Asked about where to get battery for my remote and the customer service tech took care of getting one for me. Good service More

We were able to browse the parking lot for a few before being approached by Nolan. He was very nice and did not attempt to persuade us in something we did not want. There was no haggling over pricing or any other negatives to the process. Nolan and the finance manager were upbeat and very helpful. We walked away with a brand new 2018 Jeep and are very pleased with the experience. More

2016 Dodge Durango Rear Brake Issue, both sides. This is our 2nd vehicle from FX. The sale is always fantastic, full of picture, happiness, etc., The follow up isn't bad either for the undercoating, This is our 2nd vehicle from FX. The sale is always fantastic, full of picture, happiness, etc., The follow up isn't bad either for the undercoating, interior vacuum & cleaning. INVOICE # CHCS22830 We now have approx. 28K on the car & are experiencing a brake issue in the rear. Both side are not pressing on the disc on both sides in the middle of the rotor. Exactly the same issue, both sides. The inside pad on both sides is barely worn and the outside pads on both is around 3/4 worn and literally stuck to the rotor. The head tech says this is normal wear, lots of mud and dirt. That's a good excuse to get out of replacing parts under a warranty. The front brakes are not even ready to be changed yet, & your telling me the rear pads and rotors are no good and they need replacement. I'd understand if the car was older and if we have changed the front brakes already, but the majority of the braking is in the front. The explanation & the analogy from the Service rep. was ridiculous. This is after 2 days of trying to make an appointment, because everytime you call, leave msg. it's another half day by time someone might get back to you. Then the tech., no offence was 17 years old and training. I understand we all must start somewhere, but he was more anxious about leaving and had "no" answers for my questions, until near closing I requested another tech look at it. Then lastly, at the end, when they handed my invoice, they questioned the tech why the multipoint inspection wasn't completed, there was no explaination or comment. I took my invoice and left. More
