Recall service Appt. made 10days prior. Mgr did not have parts available, poor management. Available part required 2h so NO LOANER! Tech spent more time at lunch an Appt. made 10days prior. Mgr did not have parts available, poor management. Available part required 2h so NO LOANER! Tech spent more time at lunch and in bathroom than working,(we know we continued to check!) thus wait time 6 1/2 HOURS! Then he had the gall to state to us the next day upon RETURN FOR LOW FLUIDS! because the job was rushed! Tech Webb is ridiculous! HE SHOULD BE FIRED! We had both of our vehicles in for recalls that day, so both of us went without pay from work for that day! Each truck had 2 different recalls. It’s the 4th recall on the one, which is getting terrible on the manufacturers part. We have dealt with FX Caprara for well over 20yrs and have never had this issue with service. If this is what the new owners are going to offer we WILL GO ELSWHERE! On a good note Tiffany at the service check in desk is fabulous at her job and deserves a raise! Not looking forward to taking the truck back for its unattended recall that’s still due. More

World Class Service The service was very friendly from the phone call to walking in the door. Ben was knowledgeable and understood my financial situation. He went to another dealership to get the car I was looking at. He was very upfront concerning the trade in procedures and how certain cars have higher trade in values based on the seasons. Service was quick and I didn’t feel pushed into anything. Joe, the finance manager, was very positive and outgoing. Listened to my stories, laughed at my jokes, and concerned about my past car buying situations. He was very through in his explanations. Joe even called around when he heard I was interested in extended warranty and matched the competitors price. He was understanding of my financial situation and didn’t push a lot of extras on me when I said no. Overall, my experience has been outstanding. I had to return to the dealership for a couple follow-up things and everyone one was friendly and considerate. Some of the best customer service in the car industry I have ever had. My friend even got a $100 referral reward for sending me to see Ben! Thanks for making her day so much brighter. More
