Total Chaos Had to bring my vehicle back twice for multiple small issues after purchase. Spent an hour for nothing To start off, the customer service was great. When I arrived to get my vehicle serviced I was greeted and treated extremely well. They problem I had To start off, the customer service was great. When I arrived to get my vehicle serviced I was greeted and treated extremely well. They problem I had was when I made the appointment I verified that the part I needed was in stock and a week before I arrived I verified it again. After arriving and giving my keys to the people at the desk I sat in the waiting room for an hour before someone told me that the part was not available. Now that the part has been ordered I have to wait however long it takes, then schedule another hour out of an already busy schedule which will lose me another hour of pay plus the gas it takes to drive to the location. This appears to be a regular occurrence with this location and multiple people I personally know have had issues here. This is an issue that shouldn’t have happened. More
