Tomasso is the type of sales person one would hope to encounter. Polite, not pushy but one who makes you want to purchase a car from him. I would recommend him and Fiat to anyone. It was super reliable and super economical vehicle. Hence I consider myself as FIAT enthusiast. Buying experience was relative fun – we want 500c and we rolled out small Olive-Verde car and 6 month later we got 11000 miles on it. We didn’t get super deal but we got what we want and we loved this car. Driving up on the mountain serpentine was extreme fun along with “WOW” factor. However, quality of service brings old nightmare of “fix it again Tony” back. Brakes started squeaking after about 5000 miles. FIAT mechanic replaced pads and rotors for some reason….It started squeak again almost instantly. Few weeks ago soft top quit working on auto as well as trunk gate loosed desire to open. Needless to say that rear defroster also said “no” and quit working – helps to see nothing at the morning. I brought my car to FIAT of Ontario Service again…Service rep said that rentals are not available and it will take 20 minutes before Enterprise will pick us up. He promised to call………An hour later I chased Enterprise clerk on the parking lot. Apparently my service rep Jake simply forgot about me as soon as I walked away. This actually should be a sign to consider…Now – three days later after 10 phone calls and reaching customer relation manager, service manager and whoever else I can reach I got encouraging answer. After three days on the parking lot FIAT technician started diagnostic!!! This is WOW factor for me! I guess they got so much work to do that looking over soft top relay takes a three days. Perhaps they simply don’t care about FIAT brand and few people who perhaps made mistake and over estimated FIAT ‘s desire to return back to US market. More
My experience at this dealership was great. The staff at this dealership are all very down to earth....kind of feels like family. :) More
Overall experience has been the worst I've ever had buying a car. It had to be one of the easiest sales for this dealer. I had a check from my bank and knew what I wanted. Upon arriving at the d buying a car. It had to be one of the easiest sales for this dealer. I had a check from my bank and knew what I wanted. Upon arriving at the dealership the first time I had to walk in and find a sales person. Where normally they come to find you...the sales person Jeremy was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions about the car. Helped me pick out the actual car I wanted. Got me the info. We agreed on a price. I called my bank to finish the paperwork..they needed to speak to the dealer. It took me calling them 3 times and my bank calling and leaving multiple messages to have me finally wait on the line until someone pyshically answered the phone. All the bank wanted was someone to confirm the price. In the past when purchasing a car I've had the dealers calling me multiple times not te other way around. Once I got that taken care of I let them know that later that day I'd be in to bring them their check and take the car...I get there and have to wait roughly 2 hours for their "finance guy" even though I had check in hand. After everything got signed and finished I noticed the check engine light was on. The sales person said it probably just needed to be reset and just to come back and they'll fix it fast. I took it back in two days later and the service department said it'd take atleast a day so the dealer put me in a rental car. I got a call the next day saying the car wouldn't be ready until the following week. 8 days after I took it in for service. I didn't pay for the insurance on the rental and felt the dealer should compensate me for that (which they did) but it took me calling again multiple times with no calls back. I had to finally ask for the manager directly and wait on the line, because they obviously must not check their voicemail. Or if they do they don't call back. So finally I tried to call earlier today to discuss my experience but I have yet to get a call back. I've never had this kind of experience while buying a car. No calls to check up and make sure everything's good. I guess they only care about the sale and since this was an easy one they must not feel the need to satisfy their customer. I will mention that everytime I actually SPOKE to the manager Mike Retes he was always super helpful and friendly. It's getting him on the phone that's the problem. More
The most courteous dealer we've ever been to. Not only did we get a great deal but we were treated with the utmost respect. Definitely not a typical car dealership.
