I looked on the internet, picked two 500's one black and one green. When I got to the dealership they already had them side by side so I could compare. After deciding and signing the paperwork, I saw a la one green. When I got to the dealership they already had them side by side so I could compare. After deciding and signing the paperwork, I saw a large scratch in the car. The manager came out and asked if I would be okay with switching cars (an identical one, same accessories, same color). They quickly redid the paperwork and I was on my way. The salesperson (Tommaso), the finance person and the manager were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I drove a long distance and it was well worth it. When it is time for another car I will be driving here again! More
