He was never pushy, always helpful, and above all...patient. I took weeks to make my purchase decision, and even changed my mind on the color several times. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and I don't regret it for a second. The manager at this studio is Steve, and he too made my experience a great one. I got a better deal than I expected (how often does that happen?) AND better financing than I planned on too! So, I got a car with more options for less money at a lower interest rate...amazing.
