Bought our new van online I searched for many months online for a used Sprinter or ProMaster VAN as I wanted one with low mileage and limited use which we could turn into an RV I searched for many months online for a used Sprinter or ProMaster VAN as I wanted one with low mileage and limited use which we could turn into an RV. Then a Friday evening I received an alert from cars.com for a 2014 ProMaster with less than 1300 miles ... sounded too good to be true, so went to Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM's Website but because of new listing there was limited photos. I registered for more information, and immediately Saturday morning Jarret from Extreme contacted me. Because I live in Seattle/WA and the dealer is in Jackson/MI I couldn't stop by, but Jarret was very helpful and sent me a lot of photos and answered a lot of questions during the weekend. Monday we had all the paperwork done and I flew out Thursday morning, picked up the VAN and drove it back to Seattle. The VAN is pretty much unused, but because it's 3 years old I added a Maximum Care Warranty just to be safe. All in all a great experience and I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Extreme and Jarret. More
