Awesome customer service Was looking for a new car, initially went to another car dealership, where the salesman was beyond rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Rude and disrespectful service manager The service manger Mike was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me when I went in there today. I had my vehicle serviced for my ignition switch and th The service manger Mike was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me when I went in there today. I had my vehicle serviced for my ignition switch and the auto turn off feature was not functioning. And the third problem I had was I wanted my seat belt alarm deactivated. The service center said they could not do it when in my book that came with the car, it says to bring it in to my dealership service center to have it deactivated but it is not recommended. So I called Jeep care and they made a star ticket to have one of the engineers call them to walk them through how to do it. I was then told by Jeep care that the engineer REFUSED to deactivate it because it was an important safety feature. I said that I needed that in writing that they are REFUSING to deactivate the alarm when it says clear as day that you will in my book. They said they won’t write the letter and that I had to go into my dealerships service center to have them write it. I had to leave work early today in order to make it to the service center before 5. When I got there I asked for mike and I was sent to his office. As I was explaining my problem with the alarm and the whole back story he said he couldn’t deactivate it again. I explained the book and he said he didn’t wanna see it and that he believed me. He then said that I should just buckle the seat belt and leave it behind me and what was the difference... I said that the difference is that I should not have to do that when it is my vehicle and it says that it can be deactivated in my book and that if he is refusing to do it then I need a letter stating that he is refusing to deactivate it. He refused to do so, told me he had other appointments to take he had to take care of, kept cutting me off when I tried to speak, told me to find a different dealership and closed the door on my face! I called Jeep care again and I was told that I had to speak with the area manager about this. His name is mark. I left him a message and I’m waiting for a call back. More

Amazing Experience! I highly recommend you visit this dealership for your next new car for one reason - his name is Bill VanDam! My husband and I actually did not plan on I highly recommend you visit this dealership for your next new car for one reason - his name is Bill VanDam! My husband and I actually did not plan on purchasing a car from here as we were speaking with another Salesman at a different dealership further from home and just wanted to look at one real quick. When we sat down with Bill he was very no-nonsense and was not the pushy, hard-sell guy we had been dealing with so I showed him the vehicle I was looking at and the price the other guy had e-mailed me and asked if he would just make sure that price made sense before we drove all the way there (When things seem too good to be true they usually are!). Bill pulled up the vehicle and did the math and checked the fine print showing that the other guy was including an employee discount and many other incentives we would not qualify for just to get us out there... Shady... At this point we completely wrote off the other dealership and decided to go with Bill because we felt so comfortable and reassured with him. Bill said he could get the car I wanted but after doing the numbers and because we were rolling part of my previous car into the payment the monthly amount was a little more than we were comfortable with. Due to our previous experience Bill could have easily talked us into it with the standard lines ("Just refinance it later...." "Don/t you really love this car?") but that was not the case! He asked what I liked about it so much and helped to find the perfect Jeep with all the things I wanted that would come out to be a price we were more than comfortable with. Even after the papers were signed and there were no more negotiations to be made he still gave us 3 free oil changes! In a city like ours it's easy to run into people you've done business with and had it been a bad deal it would make for an awkward situation but in the 4 days it took to get everything set and to drive off the lot in a car I love, it felt more like buying a car from a well informed friend; I hope I see Bill at Outback so I can buy his dinner! Go here, talk to Bill and you won't regret it! More
