Joseph Paylor was a excellent saleman. He went over and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the vehicle we received. We went in for a different vehicle but didnt qualify. Unfortunately, less than a year later, my new vehicle was rear-ended and totaled. I loved the car and, because I had a great experience with Exton Nissan the first time around, I decided to go back there to purchase my next vehicle. While looking at vehicles on the lot, I was approached by Joe Nudy, a member of the sales team. I explained my situation to him and he showed genuine concern, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was not the least bit pushy. Upon returning to Exton Nissan a few days later to purchase a vehicle, I sat down with Joe expecting the normal pricing negotiations. To my surprise, Joe had already taken it upon himself to speak with the sales team and financing team to explain my situation to them and get me the best deal possible on a new 2013 Nissan Altima, similar but better equipped than the one that had been totaled. I also had a great experience with the other members of the sales team that I spoke with (Joe Prulello, Bobby Zarbalas, Ken George) and Chester Holmes in financing. It's hard to find car dealers these days that have team members that are as down to earth and genuinely concerned for their customers as those at Exton Nissan.
