I think it’s a generally nice place, this being my second time there. People are friendly, comfortable waiting room. But I was there for almost three hours this time for an emission inspection and oil change time there. People are friendly, comfortable waiting room. After a review of recommendations after the initial work, that was for an expected length of time, I accepted a cabin filter change that took over an hour to complete. I heard they may have been short staffed but no mention was made for the time delay. More

The service advisor was polite and the waiting area was clean. Snacks and water were provided if you wanted any, I did not. Absolutely awful first experience buying a car. Had 2 people tell us we would get an interest rate matching my loan I already had or get it lower than it. Once we got there to sign paperwork they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They tried to kick my dad out when my was getting frustrated with them because they kept telling different stories. I honestly would have walked out right away but I needed a car asap. We drove over an hour to this place. It was an absolute xxxx show there. Managers included. I will never be back to shop there ever again. They couldn’t keep a story straight… but we basically drove there and picked that dealership because they said they would match my interest rate I got somewhere else or get a lower one. THEY LIED. Car salesman are awful. They knew I was 20 and this was going to be my first car I bought.. they took advantage of that.
