We had a last minute inspection needed to be done for our son to drive our Camero to Prom! The service team helped us get in and out on time so we could make it to the tux pick up on time. We’ve purchased and leased Nissan vehicles for roughly 20 years; about 8 vehicles in that time including a Maxima, 2 Altimas, a Sentra, an Xterra We’ve purchased and leased Nissan vehicles for roughly 20 years; about 8 vehicles in that time including a Maxima, 2 Altimas, a Sentra, an Xterra, and 3 Rogues. Short Version: We will never get another Nissan vehicle again. While going through the Lease Buyout process, the dealer insisted we had to pay for a Lease Buyout Inspection for $165. They also tried to get us to pay for a new air filter and to flush the brake fluid for over $200 additional dollars. We declined. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) confirmed multiple times said this inspection was unnecessary. The car literally passed state inspection the day before. There is less than 18,000 miles on the vehicle over 3 years. When confronted, the sales manager said we were wrong and insisted we had to pay if we wanted our keys. When we told them that we never plan to do business with them again, the response was “that’s fine”. The Lease Buyout process was also questionable, as their pricing was significantly different that the offer from NMAC, including the cost of tax, tags, and purchase option fee. We were lucky we to have thought to go directly though NMAC. We do not trust the dealer(s) representing the Nissan brand. Will not be doing business with Nissan again. More
The best ever bought my 2015 Nissan Rogue there in June 15 2015 and my vehicle has treated me like a queen. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned.. The employees are the nicest and very knowledgeable.
