Great Service. Will recommend to friends & family. Came to this dealership seeking a specific car that I found on their website. Was greeted by Cory George. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. My only complaint was that the car was not on the lot. It was being detailed and did not show up for a week later. This was blamed on the detail shop. Once the car was available I was able to test drive and secure a deal. When I got home I found out that the engine splash shield had a big rip in it. When I brought this up to Expressway they replaced the part free of charge. Very happy with customer service! Will recommend to friends and family. More

Didn't try to waste my time with unnecessary waiting in order to wear me down. No "tag team" approach, using multiple salespeople, to try to pressure me into a higher price. The price you see on the internet is what you pay. No unnecessary charges. No dealership add-ons that no one wants, but you have to pay for. A reasonable $160 paperwork fee, unlike the $600 fees charged at some dealerships. I didn't have to walk out of the dealership one time. Usually, I walk out at least twice. Great selection of used vehicles. I drove from Louisville. It was worth the drive. More
