Found great Subaru Service at Exeter Subaru! I keep my Subarus for at least 12 years or 300,000 miles. I have never had a Subaru conk out on me on the road. Preventative maintenance is cost effective and efficient. My 2008 Impreza is good for at least another five to seven years. My 2017 Forester is going strong at 31,500 miles. My previous Forester is currently well over 300,000 miles. A neighborhood kid took it over just before the 300,000 mile mark. (He kept asking for the car and I was thinking about a new one.) I need a service center with master mechanics and a willingness to keep my cars in top condition. I expect the owner/general manager to consider the service department to be as important to the business as the sales department. I expect a loaner when a service appointment is going to take a few hours or more to complete. When, work needs to be done, I expect a clean, clear description of what is being done and why it is important. I expect the car to be returned cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I expect a follow-up call within 24 hours of the service's complete to make sure I am fully satisfied. I also expect a reasonable amount of flexibility when it comes to scheduling service appointments and a friendly front desk staff. My wife says I am a demanding customer with a no tolerance for miscommunications or poor performance. I agree... Exeter Subaru auditioned for my service business and new car business on Saturday, 1/5/2019. They did a Level 3 Service with a full alignment. Exeter Subaru passed with a perfect score. They have earned my future business. More

Great sales staff (Ann Italia), great car (2018 Forester)! I was looking for a Forester with a manual transmission, and had to go 200 miles, from Connecticut to New Hampshire, to find it, and it was worth it. I was looking for a Forester with a manual transmission, and had to go 200 miles, from Connecticut to New Hampshire, to find it, and it was worth it. The car was advertised on line for $21,047, and I put a deposit down on it. the dealership got in touch with me and let me know that that price was with Subaru financing, and if I wanted 0% or my own financing, it would cost another thousand dollars. It was still worth it. Ann Italia was excellent as a sales person. It was Christmas Eve, and it all worked out. Jimmy pushed the paperwork through, I got an insurance binder, and drove it off the lot and home. The finance people tried to tack on lots of extras, but they have to do that. More
