I knew what I wanted. I had my Forester for 10 years and loved the 2019 Forester with all the new safety features. Was a pleasure to buy the 2015 Forester from your dealership Ann Italia did a great job selling me my 2015 Subaru. My only major complaint is with warranty considerations. The engine/drivetrain warranty is terrific; but leaving your location with no protection for the rest of the automobile was disconcerting. 30 days or at least one week To correct other potential immediate problems would have been well received. . I was presented with the other alternative of a $ 2000 extended warranty which I declined. I will take special care of my Forester. I bought it after researching Subaru and talking with owners. Purchased used vehicle. Called to check if a used vehicle was still available, it was so told the woman on the phone I would be there in two hours. When I arrived the vehicle was parked right out front. Was able to take it for a test drive immediately. Negotiated a price with no high pressure, put down a deposit came back the next day with a trade in vehicle and received a fair value for my trade. Drove out with my new used vehicle with a new inspection sticker, 20 day plate and a full tank of gas. A great experience, no pressure sale. Would highly recommend Exeter Subaru. More

I had been a Subaru customer for many years, but was dissatisfied when the dealer I have been a customer of Exeter Subaru for approximately 10 years. I had been a Subaru customer for many years, but was dissatisfied when the dealership I dealt with previously changed hands so I decided to try Exeter Subaru. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received by the service department and I felt that I could trust the people who worked there. At one of my service appointments for my Outback they loaned me a Forrester and, as much as I liked my Outback, I immediately fell in love with the Forrester. I have since purchased two new Forresters and have been as satisfied with the Sales Department as I have always been with the Service Department. More

Thought I would just go to the parts department and by a set and put them on at home. They asked for my vin # being 2016 it was still under warranty.
