Exeter Subaru is a small dealership in NH, and it really shows through the personal experience and attention you receive there. I was interested in a used 2002 Jetta TDI (recent trade in). The dealership already replaced the rotors, pads and tires. She allowed me to take the car to a specialized VW mechanic, 30 miles away prior to purchase. We negotiated a price and that was it. The car was ready when agreed - Nancy even came in on her day off - the tank was full of gas and the car was washed. I have received a follow up phone call from Nancy a couple days after just to make sure that I was happy with the car. I am very pleased with this entire buying experience and highly recommend Nancy and the dealership. Exeter Subaru and Nancy will certainly be on the top of my list when I am considering the next vehicle. In addition, they also offer a very good referral program. More

We went to look at a specific used car and found John to be very helpful. They were very good about allowing us to bring the car to our own mechanic (40 minutes away) to have the car looked at and make sur be very helpful. While we were gone they processed our loan and had the paperwork ready to go when we got back if we chose to go through with buying the car (which we did). I came in knowing exactly what car i wanted and Al assured me he would do whatever it takes to get me in the car that i desired. He didn't get too personal but just enough that I could trust him and I never felt pressured into doing anything that I didn't want to do. From getting in touch with Al to tracking down the car I wanted only took a week! 2 days after that it was delivered and I was driving away in my new Outback sport! Jim was also very helpful, read through all the paperwork with me, found the rate that I felt comfortable with and suggested a few plans that would work out great for me. He made it easy for me to understand everything never making me feel like I should get something if I didn't feel the need to. I came into Exeter Subaru a bit skeptical because of a different experience I had elsewhere, but left with a great big smile on my face. Furthermore, he did not push me but knew that I had to deal with a couple of issues before I was ready to purchase a car. His follow up after the sale has also impressed me, making sure that I am happy with my purchase. My experience with Exeter Subaru was great. I did leave the quality of work tab N/A as I have not yet had any work done there but it is my plan to do so. More

After deciding we wanted to purchase a used SUV, we searched high and low to find what we wanted. After doing some test driving and being disappointed in other vehicles, we came across some great onli searched high and low to find what we wanted. After doing some test driving and being disappointed in other vehicles, we came across some great online pricing from Subaru. From start to finish, this was a great car buying experience. Scott showed us our options, being the Outback and the Forester. We started used and found out with Subaru's great new vehicle pricing, we could actually buy a brand new Subaru for the same price as the used SUV's we were looking at. When we wanted the Outback Limited, which was slightly out of our price range, Scott did numerous things to get us back into our price range. At one point we really didn't think it was going to work, but Scott was relentless with his sales manager to get us the price we needed to get us into the car we wanted, without us having to sacrifice the options we wanted such as leather and the sunroof. After filling out easy financing information, we got approved for Subaru's low 2.9% financing and picked up our car a couple days later at our convenience. Even thought it was Scott's day off, he was there when we picked up our car, going over the features and filling up the tank of gas before we drove away. The dealership itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. We are very happy with our 2011 Outback Limited. We will definitely recommend friends and family and will return ourselves when we're ready for another vehicle! Thank you Scott and Exeter Subaru!! More

After spending several weeks searching for a new vehicle, my wife and I were pleased to return to Exeter Subaru as our final choice. We always felt comfortable when dealing with John, the price was more than fair , our trade-in value acceptable and everyone we dealt with was very friendly...it seemed more of a family atmosphere....no pressure. We ordered a new Outback and we were explained it would take 6-8 weeks. As time moved on we were kept informed of the orders progress by John and as promised our new Outback arrived in about 6 weeks. Our overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Exeter Subaru and John W to anyone. More
