I use to sell cars in the past and have not seen a better salesman then Ryan Kelly. His knowledge of both Subaru’s and all the used cars on the lot made my buying experience as easy as it could be. I found Ryan to be extremely energetic and genuinely enthusiastic about the vehicle I was interested in. Ryan was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness and expressed an understanding attitude towards the fact that this was a big decision for me. I did not feel intimidated or pressured once by him, which made the deal for me. I felt like I was able to talk to him about my stressors in buying a new car, which was not something I felt comfortable with in my previous experiences. I will absolutely come back and recommend my friends/family to him. I was mostly impressed that he stayed late hours on his day off, which happened to be his birthday! Job well done. :) More

Then introduced me to folks in the Service Department, the business manager - all the key players. I've been driving for over 40 years and I have never experienced such great customer service as I did recently. When I first called, someone answered right away, and was able to tell me whether the car was still available or not. The test drive loop is great because it includes both highway and back roads letting you get a feel for how the car runs. To top it off they send you away with a full tank of gas. I would definitely do business with them again. More
