We were curious about the program and what the possibilities were. John gave me some information and followed up with a letter 2 days later. We went to Exeter Subaru to look for a used vehicle. While we did not end up buying a vehicle at this dealership, the treatment we received was very good. He asked pertinent questions to help him understand what items we wanted in a car, and helped us hone down what it was we actually wanted. After determining what we were looking for, he took us on a test drive of a car we desired even though we had not really made any commitment towards buying anything. He also kept us informed after that day about new cars that had come on to their lot that we might be interested in. He was not pushy, which was really nice for us, and he called enough for us to know that he was still thinking of us but not so much that we felt harrased or bothered. He related to us well as a recent college graduate and as a recent buyer of a new Subaru. All in all, I think he was a great fit for us as a salesman. More
