He applies all of the discounts afforded by the dealership. Pricing for servicing my Jetta is so affordable, that it does not make sense to go to a national chain where their technicians are not familiar with my car or any published VW service bulletins. Plus Executive Volkswagen has the $69.95 oil change special. At that price, it only makes sense to go back to the dealer. Executive Volkswagen also has Saturday hours that work great for me, since I literally live a mile and a half from them. You can trust Tyler, Skip, and the rest of the crew in service.
