I stopped in on a Saturday because my car had a service engine code. The service tech got it right in. Fixed the problem and did a software update. The repair itself was completed (new speaker in door) however when we got into the vehicle, the door immediately wouldn’t open again, so I had to return to the service desk. They fixed the issue right aw however when we got into the vehicle, the door immediately wouldn’t open again, so I had to return to the service desk. They fixed the issue right away, which I appreciated, but it was concerning that the vehicle was released before the repair/door was fully verified to be functionally. Since we drove over 40 minutes to this shop, it was frustrating to have to turn around, and it also raised a potential safety concern if the issue hadn’t been discovered before we left. Considering it was the passenger door, I may not have noticed immediately had I not had a passenger in the car with me. More
