Despite the wait time, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service! My car was carefully inspected and I was told what work needed to be done… they even drove my son and I up the accommodating. Great customer service! I have visited this particular Kia dealership on more than a few occasions and continue to tell my friends how pleased that I am with the way that they run their operation. They are always courteous, but than a few occasions and continue to tell my friends how pleased that I am with the way that they run their operation. Executive Kia in Wallingford is the worst place to take your car. They put a new engine in my vehicle and now my AC don’t work to them. They charge me over $300 to fix it still not working. They told me it your car. They put a new engine in my vehicle and now my AC don’t work to them. They charge me over $300 to fix it still not working. They told me it was something else most likely that was gonna be another $400, don’t ever ever take your car to the dealer again I will not recommend this Kia dealer. I rather take it to one of the small shops because they know what they doing. More
