I have been bringing my Kia to this dealership for the past 6 years (going on 7) and I wouldn't bring it any other place. The sraff was very friendly, courteous and helpful from my phone call to make the reservation to the minute I stepped into their front desk.. My experience with Kia has been very positive from both the Sales and Service Departments. We purchased our 2008 Sedona 2 years ago. I am on my second KIA from this dealership (1993 to present) and I couldn't be more pleased. I am extremely comfortable with the staff, they are kind and courteous. We love bringing our vechiles to this dealership. They are very honest with me and they explain everything that is being done to our cars so that we can understand what is going on. They are also honest with us if a vehicle is not worth fixing, which happened to us recently. They also let us know when something might have to be fixed in the near future, but they always tells us how long to get it repaired. I feel like they are keeping us safe by keeping us informed. I also like getting emails when it gets close to the time of service, which is great for me because I have senior citizen brain cell misfires at times. I love all the guys in the service department. They all do a great job. These people are wonderful and I enjoy all of them. They make me feel comfortable and they make me laugh. Keep up the good work. More

When I had a flat tire Todd went above and way beyond the call of duty on a Sunday to get me a tire!! That man is a god send a real asset to the dealership!
