Form the moment I stepped into the Service Department, I felt that my business was valued and that I was cared about as a person rather than dollars in the company's revenue account. This was my first, and definitely not my last, exposure with Executive Kia! I came in for an oil change, filter, and lube service, as well as to have my car diagnosed for a Check Engine Light. Upon meeting with Todd, I was treated with a high level of professionalism, and he was able to set me up with an appointment the same day I came in. I let him know what I had to spend and he went above and beyond with making it work. Throughout the whole diagnostic process, he made sure to keep me in the loop, and before I left he even provided me estimates on what my needed repairs would cost, and suggested the priority of each item in terms of safety-this is one of my biggest concerns. I wasn't pressured to get extra work done that wasn't necessary, which is something that I highly appreciate. I will be returning to Executive Kia for my service needs and I will be purchasing my new Kia Sportage from them in the near future! Executive Kia is the BEST!!! I really couldn't be happier with them, and am looking forward to a long relationship with their dealership! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! More

Great Team Rick is the best!!!!! I recently had a situation with my 2013 Kia optima, which was purchased at the Premier Kia of Branford dealership in Branford, C Rick is the best!!!!! I recently had a situation with my 2013 Kia optima, which was purchased at the Premier Kia of Branford dealership in Branford, Ct. I was turned away from the Branford Dealership because they were booked up and wouldn't even look at my car to ease my concerns. I immediately took it to the Wallingford Dealership and even though they were booked up Rick had a Tech take a look at it to ease my concerns. Executive Kia of Wallingford has earned my business for any and all future scheduled maintenance because of Rick's caring and professionalism. I will also be telling all my friends of my terrific experience there. More

Requested they check brakes and tires as the Subaru dealer suggested that I have brakes and tires done. Service writer indicated that I could go two more oil changes before brakes were needed. Truly appreciated the honesty. From now on I will go the Executive Kia for all my Auto Needs. Rick Parbhunath was great! More

I bought my car from Executive Kia in Wallingford CT a little over two years ago and refuse to go anywhere else for servicing, questions etc. The staf I bought my car from Executive Kia in Wallingford CT a little over two years ago and refuse to go anywhere else for servicing, questions etc. The staff is always extremely friendly and makes me feel as though I'm not just a customer. Todd is always my go to guy but anyone else I'm sure would be happy to help as well. It's not completely dreadful going to the car dealership for an oil change or problem since buying from Executive. Tire pressure monitor problem Bought a new 2014 Optima SX Turbo in January. I had the dealership mount aftermarket snow tires and wheels for me at the time of pickup. Almost imme Bought a new 2014 Optima SX Turbo in January. I had the dealership mount aftermarket snow tires and wheels for me at the time of pickup. Almost immediately all 4 tire pressure monitor sensors indicated a problem. The tire pressures were within the range and no other abnormal problems were noted. I brought the car to the dealership where the service department guys determined that the aftermarket tires and wheels were fine, but the sensors were for a 2013. The sensors for 1013 were different from the 2014. They replaced the sensors with OEM at no cost to me, even though it was not their problem and everything has been fine since. Nice work. More
