The cost for the repair was extremely high and no compensation was afforded whatsoever by the Wallingford KIA dealer to acknowledge their mistake! nevertheless, they put my wife and children's lives at risk! absolutely unfair treatment and unsafe business especially I have been a loyal customer to this dealer for over 10 years purchased 2 vehicles and even servicing my ford truck with them! extremely disappointed.
