We were pre-approved for a car loan by a credit union, but Executive Kia was able to get a better interest rate. We met Todd Perry in Services, and worked with Lou Oosten on the purchase contract. I was completely new to everything happening before me and instead of taking advantage of me in classic "shady car dealer" fashion, he treated me with respect and honesty from the get-go.
