Not your average car dealer I expected the fast talking, high pressure car buying experience... And was so so happy to arrive and get the exact opposite. Usually when I make big I expected the fast talking, high pressure car buying experience... And was so so happy to arrive and get the exact opposite. Usually when I make big purchases (especially cars), I get nervous and worried etc. Not so here! Mike was so pleasant, and EVERYTHING was 100% transparent and above board... Excellent service and knownledgable on warranty I went to Premier Kia and was told a part would cost over $500. Than I went to Executive Kia in Wallingford and Todd Perry diagnosed the problem and I went to Premier Kia and was told a part would cost over $500. Than I went to Executive Kia in Wallingford and Todd Perry diagnosed the problem and told me the part is covered under warranty. Needless to say, I will be going to Executive Kia for future service and avoiding Premier Kia (where I bought the car). More

I did not feel pressured in to spending more than what I expected and I was relieved in feeling that I walked away with a car that will fit my family's needs for a long time to come. More
