After much frustration with local car dealers and the DMV about purchasing a car in another state and registering it in CT I resigned myself to renting a car while away and getting my next car in April when I returned to CT. I found exec Kia and Michael Crespo online when I saw they had a desirable used car. through e-mail Michael and I communicated daily, and really felt like I was dealing with a "different" dealership, where I got to genuinely know the sales rep, where he wasn't pushing me into anything, and their best price first policy took away all the usual stress I have had in all my past car purchases. Michael was also patient with me as I debated getting a new vs used car, being knowledgable about all cars I had questions about and even explaining to me why the car I finally ended up getting (Optima Hybrid) was such a good price compared to everything else I saw. As a Hyundai loyalist for nearly 20 years, I have nothing but the best things to say about my experience with Michael and executive Kia and how we worked through everything we needed to by e-mail while I was far away so when I came home my car was ready and waiting for me!! More

Worst experience and salesman. They brought a car that was not clean or been checked up on. Rear bumper was out of place, fan in the car makes noise, and tail light was broken. Then offered another vehicle. Again, was not clean. Rusted brake pad, gas tank door did not pop out, had to open it manually. Turned off and pulled out the key, makes a ding ding warning chime. Sales person said it was normal...I do not think so. Then purchased the vehicle and drove back home and pulled out the key. The engine was still running and radio was still on. Then talked to the manager and made complaint and was asked to bring back the vehicle, So went back and they fixed the gas tank door. We told them it maybe the key box...because it was not locking when turned off. They did not fix it. I am so mad and waiting to find more problem within 60 day to see anything else goes wrong. I don't want to give any names but I will report it to the consumers report and any better business bureau. More

Mike was my granddaughters sales consultant last year and I did not hesitate going to see Mike for my purchase! Joe Ortiz, is great as well. He was my sales consultant a few years ago, but has advanced positions. He works to give you the best possible trade in value and works with sales to find what you are liking for. Lou Osteen, Finance Mgr, is awesome. He offers add on options but never tries to push it on you. Very personable. Finally, the gentleman in service is fantastic.. I'm sorry, his name slips my mind (his business card is in my car, but I think it should Todd) He is very informative and went into great detail of the do's and don'ts on my new hybrid Niro. Told me to email him at night even, should I have any questions or concerns. Executive Kia is an A+ dealership with fabulous staff.
