Impressed I called because I had a tire warning appear on my dash. Everyone advised me to just put air in, sensors were known to go. Instead I called the servic I called because I had a tire warning appear on my dash. Everyone advised me to just put air in, sensors were known to go. Instead I called the service department and they said come down we will check it out. I came and immediately they took my car in and found a nail in it. Tucker came out and let me know that it could be fixed, he then called in with the warranty information and found out I was covered, the tire was fixed in no time. While there I saw the promotion regarding a tire special, buy three get one free. I asked if that could possibly include snow tires. Tucker checked, found a snow tire that could be purchased for the special. He ordered it and I paid for it and he told me they would hold it for me until I was ready to come in and have it put on. Left there with total peace of mind. Called my co-workers and let them know my experience, they were impressed, as was I. Thanks Stephanie Habegger More

And KIA's don't need high pressure sales people to sell them because typically they sell themselves. We decided to try Executive KIA Sales as I had been taking our cars there for Service and had been having very good experience from the staff there. We were not disappointed with the Sales person we met by the name of Chin who was very low key, very experienced with over 25 years of experience and very attentive to our needs. Needless to say we bought yet another Certified Pre-Owned Optima that was in great shape and at a reasonable price. The staff there all made the process easy and we drove the car home less than 2 days after looking at the 2019 Optima that had caught our eye. More
