Telluride worth the wait! It only takes a quick internet search to realize how in-demand the Telluride is currently. Many dealers are taking advantage of that and leading on customers with false hope, asking for thousands above MSRP and acting as though the demand will never go away. Executive was upfront about the pricing, which for this particular vehicle is one of the best around, and they also were very honest about possible wait times. This was all before COVID hit and even throughout all that and an even longer wait, they were able to work with me and ensure I was getting what I wanted. Nobody has experience dealing with a global pandemic prior to all this but everyone here did a great job. Jeff is the man, always easy to talk to, responsive, polite, and made the process very easy...never any pressure, never any arrogance knowing very well that if I walked, someone would buy my Telluride in a New York minute. Joe was great as well and always addressed any concerns I may have had. I'm thrilled with how my build came out, the SUV is awesome and I feel like I got a very, very, strong deal compared to some horror stories I've read online with other dealers. If you're shopping for a Telluride, even if Executive isn't your local dealer, it's worth it to give them a chance. Anywhere you go you'll probably have to order one if you want top trim or something specific, so it may be a wait, but sit back, let Executive take care of you and be prepared to enjoy a truly great SUV at a fantastic value! More
