I called Executive Kia and spoke to Sarina. She was very pleasant and notified me that there is 1 of the models I was looking for. Courtney is the first sales person I've ever met who could not only answer, but demonstrate the features and answer the obscure questions I had about the vehicle. Plus the car had a big oversize bow on the hood when I picked it up (yep just like on the holiday commercials) Silly things like that bring a smile. She even walked me through electronics setup with my phone and all rather than leaving me to the mercy of reading the manual. Other dealers need to take note because this is the kind of buying experience they should aim for. More
