picked a car in less than 10 minutes….. waited another 3 hours to do all the paperwork. this was a slam dunk sale. i knew the car i wanted, i didn’t do any negotiations and my credit and financing was cle hours to do all the paperwork. this was a slam dunk sale. i knew the car i wanted, i didn’t do any negotiations and my credit and financing was clean. inexplicable why it took 3 hours. if this was for me an not my child i would have walked out a lot earlier. i don’t know if the problem was with the sales person being too busy and mis managing her buyers or the dealership is just that slow amd doesn’t know how to deal with more than one customer at a time. either way i would have to think twice before i went on to buy another car. the finance manager, although overwhelmed with customers, was good. he got my paperwork together and executed quickly. so to summarize….10 minutes to pick a car (only drove one car)…..10 minutes to do final paperwork and 2 hours and 50 minutes waiting in between ……. i could have been driving out of the dealership with the car in less than hour if this was handled properly. also, when the sales person disappeared and i was trying to get the keys to leave none of the other salespeople cared to help me or to even leave their seats to see where the salesperson was. i just needed the plates on the car and the keys amd i could have left. no one seemed to care to even try to help me….. probably because i was not their customer and they were not going to make any money off me. turns out the sales person was having the car cleaned. with a little help and more communication my frustration could have been drastically lessened More
