Exclusive Motors - Great Experience I emailed the ahead of time and they were very responsive. No bait and switch. The car was waiting for me when I arrived. Worst car buying experience ever In July 2017, I purchased a Mercedes from Exclusive. The car did not have a spare tire and the AC did not work properly on the drivers side, which Exc In July 2017, I purchased a Mercedes from Exclusive. The car did not have a spare tire and the AC did not work properly on the drivers side, which Exclusive agreed to fix per an agreement in my sales contract. As of the date of this writing (November 13, 2017), I have not received the spare tire and the AC has not been fixed, despite going to the dealership twice to have it repaired. I have tirelessly worked with Muna Chongo to address this issue and continuously receive the run around. Once I called to arrange a time to get the car fixed and Muna "jokingly" informed me that the weather was getting cooler so I shouldn't be in a rush to get the AC fixed. I must add that on the two occasions that I took the car to Exclusive in for repair, the loaner car I received was on "E" and I had to get gas before I even made it home. In addition, despite arranging a time to pickup my car, I waited for extremely long periods of time prior to getting my car to leave. I will add that at the time of my purchase, Clarence Smith, who works in finance, blatantly misrepresented to me that I was required to title the car through the dealership rather than on my own or my lien holder would not finance the car. I believe this was in an attempt to procure additional fees from me via a third party vendor, who performs the title work...something that Clarence did not share with me and acted incredulous about when I confronted him. Needless to say, I titled my car myself and had no trouble financing the car. I have purchased 12 other cars in my life and have never received such terrible customer service. There are so many issues that I have experienced with this dealership. I will conclude by saying that it has been a week since Muna told me he would call me in two days with a time to bring my car in again for the AC to be repaired. Please avoid this dealership. As of this writing, I have no choice but to report the dealership to the MD Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, as well as seek restitution through the courts according to my contract terms. More

Knowledgeable about your vehicle and others on the lot. Made this experience as painless as possible. I filled out my application. He called me a few hours later and we set up a time for a test ride and got the ball rolling for me to get a 2014 ford fusion. I will definitely recommend Eric to anybody whether i know them or not. He was recommended to me. Here they dont call you in until it is a done deal. They tell you what to bring in andthey look for the best rate for you with what info you have given them. They dont try to sell you a car and get you a $700 a month payment. I went in traded a 2011 ford fusion in got a 2014 ford fusion with a lower payment then before, gap insurance and a 4yr/100k warranty for less then my total payment before. Unreal. But they treat you like family. The owner hangs out checks on you and if you are the last customer and owner is in the building he leaves when everybody else does. If you have to take your kids. They have tv's in the waiting room and in the lobby of the dealer. Snack machine with a variety of goodies. And last but not least the service department takes care of your ride. 125 point inspection. Clean it up. And makes sure everything works before telling sales side its ready. They put a new windshield on the car i purchased because it had a glare and i didnt notice it whwn i test drove and they could've just said screw it and sent me on my way but they took care of it without me saying anything. So overall, I would definitely recommend going to purchase here. They have something for everybody in every price range from all makes and models. Between my salesman Eric and the finance guy John this experience couldnt have been any better. See y'all next time around for sure More
