On September 20, 2019 I purchased a Ford Escape SE 2015. My sales person was a young lady name ROSE she worked very hard and diligent to help put in in this vehicle. He worked hard and he didn’t give up. He made sure that I had a deal that I could with as far as my budget but also made sure he got me in a car that I absolutely loved and that I would enjoy. Disappointed Worst experience and mistake of my life. What was supposed to be the most enjoyable experience turned out to be a struggle to get these people to do w Worst experience and mistake of my life. What was supposed to be the most enjoyable experience turned out to be a struggle to get these people to do what was right in fixing my vehicle that was damaged in their possession. It took almost a week of going back and forth, threats of legal action and trying to get someone to do the right thing turned out to be the most ugliest battle of buying a car from these people. Andrew was so nice in the beginning but then turned rude once he realized I wasn't going to let them get away with the nonsense, then Wesley was so nonchalant as well. I was without a vehicle with no loaner car of any sort and then when I kept reaching out to Andrew about the status he act as if I was bothering him. Messages left for the GM no return, came to finally get my car that they supposedly fixed which was the most disgraceful measure of fixing a car that they could possible give me. They gave my keys to the receptionist not one person came out, Andrew, Wesley, Owner or GM to greet me and apologize maybe for all my inconveniences of driving back and forth over an hour, my vehicle being damaged, no are you satisfied with your vehicle, what can we do NO NOTHING from anyone!!! These people were so inconsiderate and nonchalant as if you didn't just spend money on a vehicle with them. The best staff in my eyes is the Administrative Staff!!! They detailed my car only to still have wax all in the crevices that they claim they couldn't get out, all they kept doing was shinning the tires up but I took it to a detail shop and they worked miracles no more wax. I'm glad others had the luxury of such a great experience with these people but I didn't and hopefully down the road I don't have any other issues with my vehicle. These folks are dressed up con artist that don't give crap about you once that car is sold. More
