I was sold a vehicle that was not State inspected and had to wait 3 days for delivery. During that time-frame, a defection detected during the purchase was to be corrected and was not. After taking delivery I experienced other issues with the vehicle that needed to be repaired. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealership and advised of the issues I discovered that required repairs. I will say that I was given a replacement vehicle but this effort left me waiting for long periods of time to fulfill. Subsequently, my car was held for a month and I found myself managing the flow of information within the dealership at each step of my inquiry on when my vehicle would be repaired and ready for yet another delivery. The sales staff tried to be as accommodating as possible but the service division was much less and at times, and where dismissive and seemed not to be as concerned with customer service. Even though I now have my vehicle, there are still issues not resolved that I was assured had been. I just have not the time or energy to address them at this time. I am glad to have purchased an extended warranty because this allows me some time to address these issues but I dread having to work with a team (or lack there of) that has no consideration for my time. This business shows promise to be a fantastic resource for vehicle purchases and I would think my experience, although not the best, is typical for some but I hope not for the majority.
