Devin was great and courteous. Even when he was busy and I pulled up to pick up my car, several team members jumped in to help in assisting me. I am disappointed that the noise I hear every morning is not being identified by the staff. With that said, a lot of time, effort and attention was given to the issue so I cannot complain. I had purchased a pre- owned Forester amd drove home. I didn't realized one of rim on the tire had scratches and cracked tail light. Subaru team was willing to fix it.
