Yes, I was very pleased with the service. Maselyn, was helpful and very accommodating, with finding a locknut "key" and gracious with rotation of tires. I was out of town and needed to get some basic arrive done while traveling. I was able to get an appointment and the service was excellent. Sales rep Jeremiah was very nice and did a good job helping my husband with his car purchase. Joseph in Finance, however, was a complete and utter jerk with no manners. He was passive aggressive in helping my husband with his car purchase. Joseph in Finance, however, was a complete and utter jerk with no manners. He was passive aggressive in several questions and comments as if to paint me in a certain light and had a chip on his shoulder during most of our conversations. It was highly unprofessional. My husband caught on to his behavior too and we both really took issue with it. I would buy a Subaru because they are great cars and I love the car my husband has. But I probably won't be going back to that location. More
I have never experienced a high level of service like I did at Ewing Subaru last week. Reggie Howard was my sales associate and he made me feel very comfortable looking for the right vehicle for me. All the other sales associates at other dealerships just wanted to sell me a car and send me on my way. Reggie worked with me to find the right vehicle with the features I was looking for. He did not pressure me or make me feel intimidated during the process and genuinely cared about what I wanted. I highly recommend Reggie to other potential buyers who are looking for a no pressure car buying experience. My great experience did not stop with Reggie though. The Used Car Sales manager Matt made sure I was 100% happy with my Forester and did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. This experience was refreshing because I didn’t feel like just another sale for that day. I financed my car through Subaru and worked with Lydell Carr through that process. I cannot thank Lydell enough for his patience and his knowledge on this process. He made sure I was informed and understood all my financing options and warranty plan options. My experience at Ewing was an exceptional car buying experience that I have never had before. I have been a Ford guy my whole life and have never been treated so well at a dealership. I intend to buy another Subaru one day and will definitely come back to Ewing. More
