I am very pleased with my service experience. Tiffany did a great job earning back a little lost trust. I had a few issues previously but talked with Tiffany about them and how I was feeling about returning a great job earning back a little lost trust. I had a few issues previously but talked with Tiffany about them and how I was feeling about returning for service on something previously serviced and was still having an issue with it. She understood my concerns for my hesitation in returning but assured me that she would over see my service and which service advisor would make contact with me for any updates or questions and that she would have the master tech looking into the issues I was currently having. Long story short Tiffany did a great job keeping me as a returning customer. I highly recommend Ewing Subaru for your service needs. They go above and beyond when it really matters. Kyle kept me updated and was very nice to work with. I will be returning for any future service. Hopefully only routine maintenance but if any issues arise I will bring it here. More

I went in for my 1st oil/maintenance visit. I felt so comfortable because I knew that I would be taken care of. The waiting area is so nice and it didn’t take long considering I came in as a walk in.
