You know it’s funny this dealership can be so friendly in person , but when you try to talk about problems related to them over the phone it’s a nightmare. Going on month 3 of purchasing a vehicle from this person , but when you try to talk about problems related to them over the phone it’s a nightmare. Going on month 3 of purchasing a vehicle from this location from Mike Logan and still haven’t received my tags or plates , and all I get from a response when I finally get connected to someone who can answere my question all they tell me is it will be in next week . How many times is that going to work , my next temp tag is up when I’m going to take a trip and I can’t even get a response from my sales rep . So if you want to shop her be mindful because if you have a problem they are not willing to communicate with you not even with a text or email , also they won’t respond to your voicemails either More

I had a wonderful buying experience with Angel. It was my first solo car purchase and Angel treated me like a sister. He gave me no pressure and was upfront in negotiations. First off, I called them because they had a particular used car I needed. I told the sales guy I was coming from Denton to see it. As we were looking at the car, his sales manager calls him on his cell an used car I needed. I told the sales guy I was coming from Denton to see it. As we were looking at the car, his sales manager calls him on his cell and he tells me that the mgr plans to send the car to the auction if I don't buy it. This is a sales gimmick/pressure technique that was not necessary on me as I was there to buy the car. They looked at my trade and we settled on a fair price. Then, in the office, as I was signing the paperwork, they said they mis-appraised my trade and my price would go up $2500. I told them that is a deal killer and they immediately backed off on their price increase. Strike Two! As it turned out, I didn't need that car for long so I set out to sell it. It was paid for at the time of purchase. I had a problem selling the car because it had temp tags. After me spending a week to get someone on the phone to help me after they had 7 weeks to get the title work done, they tell me it had not even been started. Finally, their manager handled this and sent my tags. It was at that point that I sold the car to another dealer, knowing that the title is always a week to 10 days behind the plates. 3 weeks later, no title. The dealer I sold it to told me that they had called Ewing and that they had botched the registration and the car was not even really registered to me ever, as far as the State of Texas is concerned. What an absolute nightmare of a transaction. I know Subaru owners are loyal, but I'll bet there are much better options for you than Ewing Subaru. Stay away from this dealer if you like for transactions to go smoothly. More
