From the beginning Dave Lehman went all out to help me. I called one Friday afternoon in late July to inquire about a car I had seen on their website. I had many questions about features it may have and he answered all my questions in that one call! After a test drive hours later and an evening to think it over, I made my decision to purchase the car. Dave helped my financial institution with all the paperwork they needed and my transaction was as smooth as could be. Now, there were a few flaws on the hood of the car, but Dave promised to get them fixed for me, and that he did! He worked around my schedule and even came to my office to pick up the car and bring it in for the minor repairs. Dave went above and beyond to provide great service... something we just don't see often enough in today's world. I couldn't ask for better service! They were attentive and made the process painless and quick. I have had the opportunity to work with the different fascets of the company from the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful, to the service department for some questions & even now the parts department for accessories. They all were happy to help make things right and really do are about customer service.
