Helpful staff, knowledgeable about the products, selection of great vehicles. Stephanie and Darrel went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. They answered every question I had and I never felt like I was being pressured. It was a great experience. I highly recommend the dealership, Stephanie and Darrel.
All repairs/oil change went well except noticed damage to the front-left door edge weatherstrip strip seal (BB5Z7825325B) which was off its track and rubber trim torn. If car door cannot be opened while on a two post car lift, technician may be catching on the weather strip when entering the car,I believe. This issue also occurred a year ago here during an oil change.
We perfer Ewald Venus Ford because they are always there for us! All the people that work there are very friendly and helpful! Thank you, Ewald!!
