My experience with Ewald was Great! My 1st visit was due to a car accident. My insuranse covered that, but, Maureena Sindric & collision staff was great. My Second visit was due to For My 1st visit was due to a car accident. My insuranse covered that, but, Maureena Sindric & collision staff was great. My Second visit was due to For recall on my Focus transmission & door lock(or somthing). I also had All 4 tires replaced with new. Again, Maureena Sindriic took all care all worry off my hands. She set me up with my rental through my insurance company. Along with any other tedious paperwork or concerns. She was always pleasant via telephone or in person. Most importantly Maureena kept me informed on status my car. Very luck to have her!. The ONLY problem is with my FOBs. Maureena went out of her way to have BOTH batteries changed. However, my dash Still tells me not rvery time, but often that "my remote key is running low needs to be changed ". I can assume that would be "technical"? More

My new 2016 F150 !!! From Ewald's Venus Ford!!! I originally went to Ewald's Venus Ford for my 2016 Ford Fusion's maintenance check up. I didn't have enough miles on it for a check up (200). That' I originally went to Ewald's Venus Ford for my 2016 Ford Fusion's maintenance check up. I didn't have enough miles on it for a check up (200). That's due to me driving my 2008 Honda Pilot. I've been wanting a Ford F150 for quite some time. So not to make my trip totally for nothing, I thought I'd look at some F150's while I was there. Next thing you know here comes a friendly salesman named Baha. The rest is history. He kindly asked what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. After some friendly bartering I finally agreed upon my vehicle. Baha was not pushy, threatening, or over bearing. He was the kind of salesman you want when you're making a large purchase such as a brand new car. The rest of the transaction went just as smooth. Not once did I feel pressured or threatened. After my purchase Baha took his time and went over every feature of my new vehicle. He asked several times "is there anything you'd like to go over or have questions about"? My whole experience was a positive one. That's probably why I went to Ewald's Venus Ford......because I had the same experience when I purchased my 2016 Ford Fusion!!! Thanks Tom Wozniak!!
