Skeptical buyers who had a great buying experience We had been shopping for used Ford F150s all over southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. We were pretty exasperated trying to find a decent vehicle at a fair price. We got the run around at two dealers that day and my wife and I were just going to skip the last appointment and head home. Thankfully we decided to keep our appointment with Ewald's. Actually, we were even late and they were very nice about it. We met Steve and he was very helpful friendly - no pressure. My wife and I are very skeptical buyers and we were very pleasantly surprised with how Steve worked with us. Straightforward, direct, knowledgeable. Steve and the Ewald's people negotiated fairly with us and made a nice trade-in offer too. No hidden BS. After we agreed on the purchase, another employee, Baha, was also kind enough to come over and give us more information on the vehicle's previous owner. Nick was very helpful in getting things finalized with our financer and provided great customer service. Easy going atmosphere. Seem like trustworthy people. I'd be happy to do business with Steve and Ewald's again if we're ever back in the market. More
