Horrible customer service employees who lie. I would NEVER recommend taking your vehicle to Ewald Venus Ford for ANY kind of service. I had a close friend take their 4 year old Ford in to look at I would NEVER recommend taking your vehicle to Ewald Venus Ford for ANY kind of service. I had a close friend take their 4 year old Ford in to look at why the check engine light was on, and to get an oil change. The vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday morning, and an employee called her within a few hours to tell her that the part needed to be ordered, and it would take 4 hours of labor to install it, and that it WAS covered under her extended warranty she had purchased, with a $100 deductible. Then the next day, about 30+ hours later, she was told by a different employee that the part was not covered under the warranty, and that it would be about $900-$1000 to fix. Why does it take almost 2 days to tell the truth to a customer? Well, 10 minutes after I dropped her off to pick up her vehicle, she called me and said that they charged her $123 for doing nothing at all. Actually, they did lie to her, so I guess that is what they charged her for. To top it off, they didn't even do the oil change! Such BS going on over there with how they treat their customers. This is simply NOT how you treat people, especially returning, paying customers! If there is ANYONE at this dealership and/or Service Dept, who wishes to make this right, then let me know and I will relay the message to her. I am truly saddened by their actions and I will go out of my way to tell people to stay FAR AWAY from Ewald Venus Ford. More

Steve even brought the car inside for us to view since it was freezing outside, which was really thoughtful since we were able to look over everything much more comfortably. The whole process was much faster than any other car purchase we have done and Steve never made us feel obligated to buy or pressured to sell our old vehicle, he just provided the information and let us make our decision on our own. More

Easy to work with Ewald was super easy and helpful from day 1. However, the salesmen I dealt with were very uninformative when it came to every vehicle I looked at. I was approved for a vehicle and the saleman did not go over the rate, who was financing me or any of the important information when purchasing a car. Needless to say, I was told one financial institution was financing me but got a separate letter in the mail from who actually financed me. Overall, great purchase! Love my car! More
